Refund policy
Not quite what you expected? Sending your order back is easy
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to let us know you want to return it.
How it works
- Email your order number to info@jesneakers.nl.
- Within 24 hours you'll receive a return label with tracking from us.
- Put your sneakers in the original shoebox and place that inside a shipping box, preferably the one they arrived in. Stick the label on the shipping box, not on the shoebox.
- Once we've received your return, we usually refund you within 1 to 2 business days, using the same payment method.
What we check
Our return conditions at a glance:
- Register your return within 14 days of receipt at info@jesneakers.nl.
- The sneakers are unworn. Trying them on like you would in a store is fine.
- They are in the original box, with the original tags.
If they have been worn or damaged, unfortunately we can't accept the return.
Costs
Return costs are €6.95. We deduct this from your refund.
Something not right?
Does your pair have a defect, or do you have doubts about its authenticity? Email us your order number with a few photos. If something turns out to be wrong, you pay no return costs and get a full refund. This is separate from your 14-day cooling-off period.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges aren't possible. Send your sneakers back and place a new order in the right size. We'll then send you a discount code for free shipping.
